I’m good
You have to have desire in order to have change.
And here’s what I’ve realized:
Being resilient can keep you stuck.
I am very good at being “good.” I can function in almost any circumstance. I can find the lesson and I can keep going.
But when you can be ok in almost anything, you can also tolerate almost anything.
My dear friend and teacher recently asked me a question that cracked something open:
Do you desire something different? I knew that deep down I did, but I also felt really “mostly ok” in the present.
But under the surface? There was resentment. And resentment is rarely about other people. It’s often the soul asking to move out of mis-alignment, or asking for expansion,
That resentment was telling me I had outgrown something.
Before we strategized, before we mapped goals or talked logistics— she asked me to sit with desire. We didn’t go into improvement or fixing, or gratitude. JUST DESIRE!
Desire is directional and honest, and if you are feeling stagnant, perhaps it’s because you’re ready.
If you need someone to help you uncover what your resentment is pointing toward…If you need a mirror that doesn’t let you shrink…If you’re ready to stop living in illusion and shoving down truth… Let’s work.
Alignment requires courage and courage begins with wanting.
If you’ve been feeling that subtle ache…If you’re “good” but also feeling something lingering underneath…If something in you knows there is a shift waiting…
You don’t have to find it alone.
Sometimes we just need someone to hold the mirror steady until we see ourselves clearly.
If that’s you, I’m here. Schedule a healing session or inquire about the 8 week Inner Alignment Program.
