The Dance Between Stillness & Sacred Action

Over the past few years I’ve been noticing a dance within myself…between hibernation and sacred action. Part of me longs to retreat, to step away from the noise of social media, and just “be” in stillness. Yet another part whispers of connection, of finding meaningful ways to share, learn, and grow in community. I don’t know exactly what that looks like yet, but I’ve set the intention and trust the Universe hears it.

What’s been stirring within me most is a love for genuine, heartfelt conversations. I’ve released the need for social validation, but I feel that I do sometimes teeter too close to “hermit mode.” The pull inward has been strong, and yet I know I also love people, and I thrive in meaningful community.

I wonder….are you feeling this too? Are you navigating a season of life where your past self feels like a stranger, and new parts of you are asking to be seen? I honor all the iterations of myself, and I’m learning to embrace this one too.

Looking ahead, I feel the seeds of new community offerings taking shape. Small, meaningful gatherings (perhaps online, perhaps in person, perhaps both), where we can share knowledge, heal together, and commune in authentic connection. In the past I might have pushed forward quickly, but this time I’m letting it emerge in its own rhythm. Sacred action, not forced action.

For now, I simply want to say thank you….for being here….for walking this path with me….for holding space by reading or simply being you!

✨ Are you in a season of retreat, sacred action, or somewhere in between? I’d love to hear how you’re navigating this sacred journey.

With love,
Misty
